hit alt g and down arrow once to scan all groups. hit enter then hit alt f for the file menue and down arrow once to start download. it will retreave the headers. also when you select files make sure that the start download has been pressed. you can't close the program until you go to the file menue and down arrow to stop downloading gracefully or stop downloading abort. the other cool thing about the program is you can select in prefferences weather you want sounds on or not. every time a file is finnished downloading you'll here a squeek noise. this happens with retreaving headers or files. a trumpit will sound when all the tasks are complete. at any time just hit incert 3 on the numpad and it will tell you how many are selected and how many tasks you have left. it will also give you the mb or gb of what your downloading. hope this helps good luck. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Allison Mervis" < mervisallison@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: "jfwlist" < jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, March 04, 2004 9:40 PM Subject: help with power grab > Hi! > Power grab is pretty easy to use, but it keeps saying that there are 0 kb worth of headers in all of my groups.
