Not wrong. What you go on to say is correct, but we have to assume a level
of experience when contributing to this list unless asked to elaborate. I
was making the distinction between a key combination where you end up with
all three keys pressed at the same time and a key sequence where one key is
released before the next is pressed. This distinction is standard practice
on this list. 
 
If we followed your approach, we'd be explaining every time where to locate
the Windows key, the applications key, and so on. All the regular
contributors are happy to step back when asked to give more basic
explanations for listers new to JAWS, but for the most part they aren't
needed.

Wrong.
 
The first key in a two key command key combination or the first two keys in
a three key command key combination, ETC., must be pressed and held down
before tapping the last key.

hello listers a few weeks ago some one posted a message about a key
combonation you could press when jaws crashed so that you could restart jaws
i saved this message but for some reason it is gone. if some one could
please tell me again what it was i would really appreciate it.
