help with goldwave

hi again everybody. I took some advice and downloaded goldwave, but now I'm
not sure what to do to accomplish what I need. Is there a site I can go to
or something that talks about how to use goldwave with jaws? or, if anyone
can give me tips, I'd appreciate it.
