I didn't see the original message about EBay. But, I'm not able to leave
feedback, now. I'm using JAWS 9, but when I click the button to submit the
feedback, nothing happens. I've tried using the mouse button, as well as
the spacebar on the button.

I'm not sure this will work with Jaws 6. i am using Jaws 9.
What I do is to find the button on the page, and use the Jaws cursor to be
sure it is on it, and then do the left mouse click.
This activates the button.
I have submitted a bug report about this, but never got any response.
