help subscribing to lists please

Hi list.
It seems like all the lists that I have subscribed to pertaining to
blind issues have been blocked except this one. Does this happen when we are
subscribed to a few lists, could there be some thing wrong with my computer,
or my email provider? ? I try to resubscribe with no success. I am using a
Linksys wire router; could this be some of my problem? Any help would be
appreciated. Thanks.
