OK... As for the song... you probably have to buy that song from them. If 
it's just a music service then that server is set to allow you to play it 
but not copy it in any form. As for not using Media player... the others are 
much more flexible in function. The only thing Media Player will do is burn 
or rip. The others will make types of disks that Media Player won't. Those 
temp files are just that... files that were created while burning that CD.
