Hi all, when a programme runs as a service, it runs before Windows even logs you into your account should you have a log in dialogue box. This is why JAWS and any other commercial screen reader can speak or braille from within the Windows log on dialogue box. This is not the case when a programme runsfrom the startup group, as these are executed after Windows is loaded andyou're on the desktop. FYI, the startup group is the startup folder, found under Start Menu, All Programmes, Startup. It is using the standard Eloquence that comes with it by default, so, any more ideas? If I am told how, I will set it up to run as a service, but need to know how to do that.
