Hello to you!

Yes, once your computer has been stop for an unknown error, you can press CTRL
+ Alt + Delete key and wait for a few seconds for the Task manager to be loaded.

Once it is loaded, press alt + E, to click the End task button. Press this
combination keys for about 2 to 3 times for you to sure that the program that
are running has been unload. Once you are done, press your escape key once,
and press your Start menu, press U, and R, for Restart or U, to shutdown.

Warning:
if you will do this combination keys, all information you made will be lose.
So, you can only do this if you know what are you doing.

This is just a reminder before you do the command I told you.

  Subject: force shutdown

How do we force a shutdown when the system stops talking and we can't read
the Task Manager? My new computer gets into a state where I can not shut down
with windows key u u. or by ctrl alt del alt-u u.

Is there a better way to shut down safely when the system seems to hang?
