focus with jaws 9

I don't know if this is a jaws problem or a system problem. When I change
identities and then open a message in outlook express jaws will not read the
text. I have to unload jaws and re-load to read the messages. The list of
messages will be read. It is open and reading the text that won't happen.
Seem like I remember this same problem a year or so back. I hope that someone
can remember how to fix this. Thanks.
