What version of jaws was this? In 4.51 there's a setting for refresh flash movies in the same verbosity dialog and in version 5 use ctrl+insert+v to get to the personalize settings and make these changes on the page which gives you problems Other pages will stay the same. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Pickrell, Rebecca M." <rebecca.pickrell@xxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, May 26, 2004 12:12 PM Subject: RE: flash or macro media interruptions? > Hi. Do insert plus v which will get you to the verbosity menu. Then arrow down until you hear "refresh page automatic" and hit space. Then arrow down one more time until you hear "refresh content automatic" and hit space. This will turn off the macromedia. Unfortunately this is only a temporary fix. If anybody knows of a permanent solution, could you let the list know? > > -----Original Message----- > From: harry bates [mailto:hdbates@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] > Sent: Wednesday, May 26, 2004 2:14 PM > To: jfw > Subject: flash or macro media interruptions? > > > Is there a way to switch off this flash or macro media stuff and still be > able to view the web page when you click on it? > > -- > To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line. > Archives located at: //www.freelists.org/archives/jfw > > If you have any concerns about the list, post received from the list, or the way the list is being run, do not post them to the list.
