I have the same question, but for Outlook. Have not gotten used to the ribbons
versus the drop-down menus.

Thanks so much.

The shortcut for bringing up the address book is shift-control-b. Once the
address book page appears, tab once to put focus on the list of all your saved
addresses. You can arrow up and down this list or use first-letter navigation.

If you want an address to appear in your To, cc or bc fields, just typing the
first letter or two should bring up address book entries. If that isn't
happening, you'll need to set up auto-complete. I no longer have OE installed,
and I don't remember exactly where that is. However, try OE's tools and JAWS'
insert-v menu.

In an earlier reply, you say Outlook instead of Outlook Express. I assume you
do mean OE.

Is there a short cut key for locating and selecting someone's email address
either in the address book or from an actual email with jaws 10? Thanks
