Then you need to uninstall JAWS 11, run JAWS 9 (which you said you still have)
and then do a clean install of JAWS 11. If you need hand-holding, call FS Tech
Support at 727-803-8600.

What version of jaws 11 are you using. Whatever version it
is, either download that version from Freedom Scientific again, or if the
original file is still on your computer, use the same file you used to install
your current version of jaws.
