Another thing you can do is let it download to desktop and then cut and
paste the file where you want it.

navigate to the folder when you do a download, in the save as dialogue. After you do this, the downloads will always go to that folder!

When I do a download, I want the files to go to "my downloads" I made this folder under local disk c, documents and settings, Steve Gomes. Under that there is a desk top and other folders. I put the downloads folder there. I was told once I set this up, when I do a download, it will always go to downloads. It always wants to go to the desk top. what should I do?
