Yes it is easy to install and run.
It downloads files by default to a download directory on the route of
your bootable hard drive. You can change this setting if you wish. It
is share ware witch means you can try before you buy. It supports
downloads resuming segmented downloading and a hole lot more. Get it
from http://www.getright.com
