does Space+Insert and letters work with Jaws10?

Hi guys: As with other software the Spanish version come out after the buzz
of the version, thus I'm using Jaws10 and have a question I heard somewhere.
I heard some time ago that with Jaws10 some letters now work with the
Insert+space command for alternative Keyboard or does the Insert+space only
work with Jaws11 with Research it? I tried looking for some reference to
Space+Insert in Jaws ten's help but couldn't find any thus my question.
