Hi Bill. What you need to do is to go into the file menu, and go to new. Then select new distribution list. Then you go to name, then type in the name you want for your distribution list. Then tab to select members. A dialog with your contacts will come up. Go to each contact you want to add, then tab to the members button and press the space bar, and it will add the member you selected, or you can tab once more from the button, and type in the e-mail addresses yourself. Then you tab to ok. Then press ctrl+s to save and you're done. To send a message, tab to new message, and it will open a message to the group. Otherwise, press alt+f4 to close the dialog. If you need any more help with it, feel free to e-mail me, and I'll help as much as I can. Hi, How do you create and save a distribution list of email addresses in Outlook 2003? After you save are they kept in your contacts? I am using Jaws 7. Thanks for your help.
