Good afternoon Chris,

I haven't used that particular site. However, JAWS can become unresponsive on some pages. Normally this happens when there are a million links, or a large amount of controls that use JavaScript.

I'd recommend reporting it.

HTH,
Everett

Subject: dish network google gaget

Hello list,

On my IGoogle page, I added a gaget for Dish network programming. It's for
checking schedules and so on. After adding it, I have to go down the gaget
checking the various boxes of the channels I wis to have the schedules
appear. My problem is, after a few check boxes, Jaws gets really slow. To
the point it becomes unresponsive. I lose speech all together and have to
restart Jaws or otherwise, my screen will freeze up and I'll have to restart
the system.

My question is, has anyone on here also tried using the Dish Network gaget
on IGoogle, and if so, have they had any luck working with it? What did they
do to get it to work and avoid the sluggishness in Jaws?

I've tried this both through Firefox and IE I'm using JFW 9 on an xp pro
machine.

Thanks,
C
