try the following, go to
//www.freelists.org/list/jfw
and key-in your e-mail address that subscribe to this list, press tab once
to a listbox and choose and action, there is set digest
mode on and also off, tab to go button and hit spacebar.
you will receive a confirmation e-mail, just reply and all set.
