Hi, Randy. For starters, what you might want to do is run the Disk Cleanup
program to get rid of a lot a excess temporary files you don't need. Then do
a Scan Disk, then defragment your drive. After all that's done, see if you
have any better luck. When you get this done, go into the control panel in
the startup settings, and check your display settings, particularly your
screen colors. It could well be that this techie changed your screen colors
so that Jaws can no longer read them. I don't remember what system you're
on. Is it XP?
