Judith@, I've saw your posted very long time. May I know what version of Jaws
you want to create a short cut key? May I know also if the version of Jaws you
are trying to create a short cut is in your desktop?

I quickly went into the programs file and according to that I only have jaws

You could do that, then go into your control panel and make sure you only

I have two jaws icons on my desk top. One is simply "jaws" and the other
is jaws 7.0. Since both icons have the shortcut or hotkey combination of
