  I am sure  dell knew they were sending this man to the home of a blind person 
living alone as I had to give them details about location  a postal code is not 
always enough where  there no street numbers, so I will se they get feedback. 
re Jaws thinking any change means I am using a new machine well, I suppose they 
have a reason of sorts! However my Isp could not help here but are most kind. I 
have the email  address of the director of Zen for instance, my line of course 
here is British telecom, and I will not say much about them here. I think if I 
had nvda on the dell it would not want to work in demo mode but  whilst I have 
it on laptop I forgot to put on dell windows 7,  today I will get the 20 digit 
number from a packet as I have lost the tape I recorded it on and then send to 
a friend in Herefordshire who will help then my engineer will come Thursday 
evening and as to whether he can fix dell remains to be seen many thanks again
