  Focus on the folder you want to delete and hit the Context Applications key 
or Shift-F10 and arrow down to Delete.  Keep in mind that you can only delete 
user-defined folders and not system folders like Sent Items or Drafts even if 
you don't use them.

    I have a few folders in outlook that I don't use.  I tried hitting the 
delete key to get rid of them, but that didn't work.  How do I delete these 
folders?  For those who think this is irrelevant to jaws, jaws is the system I 
have to use to get rid of these folders.
