From the information you have given me, it sounds like an Internet Explorer
problem.
I had a similar problem with IE7, and it turned out that my security settings
were too high, and weren't allowing me to connect with some web sites.

Hi,
I have win xp, jfw 9, and I.e.. Lately I often try and open a link on many
different web sites and get an error message telling me this. the web site will
not open and then I get a message telling me they are preparing an error report
and do I want to send it.
I have no idea if this is a server problem, an internet explorer problem or
jaws.
