It doesn't cost anything to learn html or even xml for that matter. Are you
talking about hosting a site, that depends on what you want. Your isp accound
will let you post a homepage, not a business site. That's a start
though.Webmonkey.com, if it's still around, is a great resource. The view
source feature, will also be your friend.

In my not so old age I'm trying to become an entrepreneur. I have two questions
that are jaws and internet related:
1. Can I create a web page and not pay for it?
2. Where can I receive the best advice on creating a web page using jfw? Any
