creating attachment in OE

Hi all, need some help.  I am using XP home and jaws 5.0, and OE from Office 
XP.  I sent a mail for my boss yesterday to a customer, and he replied and 
asked if we could send it as an attachment because he couldn't print  a picture 
that was included in the message.  How would I go about sending just the 
picture part of the message or the entire message as an attachment?  My boss 
wrote the message and saved it in my shared folder.  so, I went to the 
document, which he creates in excel, and I highlighted all copied, and then 
pasted into a message in OE.  any suggestions to help me accomplish this task, 
would be greatly appreciated.  Mailing in general is no problem but this 
particular   thing is new to me.  thanks in advance, and the sooner the better.
