Hi Kenny,
 
If by "select" you mean go to, use the jaws command insert+control+t to
get a dialog showing you the list of tables.  Choose the one you want to
go to.
 
If you then want to select it in the Word sense, press alt-a to bring up
the table menu, choose the "select" menu choice, and then choose the
"table" sub menu item.

microsoft word2003? If there is a jaws key stroke can you please tell me
