Combo boxes contain lists of items from which one can be chosen. There are
a couple of ways in which to navigate combo boxes.

Perhaps the easiest way is to use the UP AND DOWN ARROW KEYS. You will hear
each option in turn. When you locate the item you would like to select,
just press TAB to move from the field and continue your configuration.

Once you become familiar with a particular combo box, you can use the first
letter of an item to locate it. Each time you press a letter, the next item
beginning with that letter will gain focus within the combo box. There may
be several items that begin with T. Each time you press T, the next item
beginning with that letter will gain focus. Once you have focused on the
item of your choice, press TAB to move from the field and continue
navigation of the dialog.

Finally, you can press the first couple letters of an item. If you know you
are looking for the word "California," press C A quickly in succession and
the focus will move to the first item beginning with CA. Once you have
focused on the item of your choice, as above, press TAB to move to the next
field within the dialog.

I hope this helps.
