To The originator of this threat, I found a hotkey for fastforwarding and rewining in iTunes with jaws 12 and 11. The keystrokes are control + alt+ windows key + left or right arrows. One thing though, jaws starts saying the commands and it gets chatty and a bit anoying, but you can silence this on the configuration manager/settings center. Hope this helps. I did not knew this keystrokes existed. You just put me in research mode and luck has it, I found them. Hope this helps.

Dave, I know I am not the originator of this threat, but I tried what you suggested. When I tab to delete the keyboard entries, there is no keyboard entries in iTunes. Non at all. Any suggestions.
