Replying to my own email, there is no rewine and fastforward on iTunes that
I know of. I believe that those control alt keystrokes are for another
player.

Use jaws key (insert, number 0 o n the number pad or caps lock) and the
number 3 on the number row. This will allow you to tell jaws that the next
keystroke is for the aplication and not for jaws itself. I only use this
key sometimes and I often get the results I want. But not always. Maybe
because it has a time limit? Anyone with more experience, please comment.

dear listers
i want to use my iTunes "ctrl Alt arrow keys" to fast forward and
rewind on a track but these hotkeys are assigned to jaws table
navigation. how can i do something to change or disable these hotkeys
in itunes so that i can freely use keyboard to navigate the songs.
