An account needs to be setup under tools/accounts from the main window.

Subject: changing identity with Outlook Express

I am sighted and trying to help a blind person, Gennie, use Outlook Express
in Freeport, Bahamas with JFW 5.0.
My ISP is a cable service called coralwave. She is using a DSL connection
called batelnet.bs. She receives mail addressed to her daughter, but
cannot send. I wrote about this problem in a separate email.

Gennie is using her daughter's computer, and the account is in her
daughter's name. She connects using her phone number for a user ID and her
daughter's name as a password. But when she presses ctrl n to write new
mail it gives her daughter's name as the ID and she uses something else for
a password.

Is there any way to configure Outlook Express so she can send mail in her
own name?

Lenny

I thought I could do it with hotmail or yahoo and have gotten instructions
from people on this forum, but cannot get either to work after trying for
many days and hours.
