Your the one making an issue of it, I just put one sentance in my email which 
you didn't like. And possibly if enough people speak up on public forums then 
yes, things do get changed.

If it weren't for your comments, we would have already have seen an end to 
this, so lets leave it there.

I'm entitled to my opinion as are you, and if people don't speak out that 
will never change. Did you pay for your copy of JAWS, or did you receive the 
funding from a charity? If you paid for it yourself and aren't bothered 
about having to pay more for Pro then maybe you have more money than since. 
If a charity paid for your copy then it's wrong that FS win and charities 
lose out.

It's important that other users are aware of this restriction and the costs 
involved.
