Well that truly depends on what application you are in and what version of
that application.

One example I can give you is for WORD 2007.

Highlight the text.

Press the Application key to bring up the context menu.

Type F or arrow down to font.

Press enter.

Tab a few times until you get to the color button.

Arrow down at this point and keep going down or arrow right until you get to
the color you want to change to.

Press enter on it and tab until you get to the OK button.

Press enter to get out.

With any other application, look for the font function. Color should be
close behind.

The font menu will also allow you to change the font (imagine) and the size
of the font (large or small) and oh so much more.

But I am afraid this is not a JAWS related function and so not appropriate
for the list.

Always,

Barbara Anne

Hi,

When I am writing a document and I would later want to change it to a
different color how would I do this?

Example: Hi my name is Kimsan and I am from Washington state. How would I
change the color of the washington state font to lets say red? using word 07
by the way, thanks..
