I got on her website using JFW 4.51 and Win XP Home Edition with Service Pack 2.

A suggestion: Try going into your Internet Explorer options and temporarily lower the security settings for the internet zone. I suspect that site is trying to load an aplet or save a cookie and it is possible your security might be set too high for it to work. If that doesn't work, you can go back and change the settings back to the way they originally were.


Take my advice, I don't use it anyway

Hello, Dick. I'm also using xp home. I have Jaws 4.51. The only other version of Jaws I have is 5.0. I haven't installed it yet but maybe that's what the solution is--I don't know what else to do anymore. It doesn't make sense that I can get on other web sites but not Debbie's web site. This computer was built for me by a relative but I don't think he did a hot job on it. I don't know what else to do anymore. I'll try upgrading and see if that makes a difference.
