can't get new spybot to fix errors

I can run spybot 1.3 and see where it finds errors but can't, in this
version, actually fix them. I can hit alt f as in previous versions but
can't find the yes or confirmation button. I do have the icons set for
blind users but am only able to go so far with it. Please help.
