In Jaws 6, you will find the merge utility in the Utilities manager.
They've moved it on us. Press insert plus j and arrow to the utilities
manager. Arrow down till you find the merge utility. I used it and it
works well. It even merged the dictionary manager and I don't have to add
in my special pronounciations that I usually have to set up when I upgrade.
