can't authorize jaws 10 on my new 64 bit vista machine

Having just bought myself a new pc with 64-bit vista on it, i seem to be unable
to authorize it. This leads me to suspect that either Windows Firewall or
MCafee is stopping fsactivate from accessing the internet. For some reason I
suspect Windows firewall. Can anyone tell me where I find fsactivate under
Vista so I can tell the firewall to allow it through please?
