In other applications it seems I can get the keys to route just fine, but there's something going on in outlook and I get no response in trying to either press these keys or to route them. The other strange thing in OE is, when reading in plain text, when I get to my last open message it may say something like, folder list view, and a name, and maybe 100 of 100. That part's fine, but then it jumps to my contact list and doesn't stay in the list view tab of names. For instance I may have selected a few off the bottom to read; then when those are finished it says, for instance, a name and 100 of 100; then the cursor jumps to my address book and mentions a name in address and I'm taken totally out of my list view of emails and I have to shift tab back to my list. Can someone help?
