It is my understanding from someone on another list that AdAware is no longer
providing definition updates for the free version. This program has apparently
outlived its usefulness, so to remain protected against spyware threats, you
will probably need to switch to another free JAWS friendly anti-spyware program
like Super Anti Spyware or MalwareBytes.

I'm using adaware se personal, and manually update from:
http://download.lavasoft.com/public/defs.zip
The updates are going properly and I put them in the program as usual but can
not update more.
I get the message that my program is using old updates, 17 days ago from
30/3/2009
Can someone tell me what is wrong here?
Maybe Lavasoft does not give more support for this old program.
Any help here is greatly appreciated
