Hi Debbie,
I did exactly what you've wrote here and I made sure that I send my
unsubscribing from my hotmail account and not from my default one.
But, without any success.
I also wrote to the owner to:
jfw-admins@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
but no answer, up to now.
Many thanks and hope that someone may help here.

When you are sending the unsubscribe message, make sure you are sending to
from the hotmail address you wish to unsubscribe to.
If you send it from the web, it should already do that automatically.
But if you create a new message and send it from OE for example, make sure
the from field is your hotmail address and not your default account.
I don't know if that is the problem, but just something to be sure of.
