There is a great difference between product feedback and giving us a
voice
Oh what is that. Who heads the usability team at fs. When was the last
time they have been seen on this list or any other. When was the last
time users were asked what kinds of things they would like to see in the
program. This is a voice. It means that one person or a team of people
lissome to the user and try to accommodate them. A vote on the other
hand is when they take part in the decision making. =20
=20
in the company. I was reacting to the tone of this entire thread... that
FS=20
somehow owes us something. They don't
Oh yes they do. They oh me and the rest of you a good stable program
with access to new operating systems of windows. They oh us the fact
they are still programming. If it was not for us they would not be
here. So yes they oh me and the rest of you. =20
 As I stated before, I was a programmer=20
for years and some times you have to prioritize things.
True granted. So when does it come down to fixing problems is a
priority. Some of these issues have been around for years. =20
 Right now FS has a=20
few new things on the horizon that require a lot of development time. As
I=20
see it they are fixing glaring crash the system bugs as fast as
possible.=20
The other smaller pain in the ass bugs will be gotten to. And yes I
agree=20
that their debugging could be better, but I don't see it as the insult
that=20
many on this list seem to think it is. It is simply a business decision
to=20
lower some of the bug fixes on the priority list... all be it a
questionable=20
decision.
Very much so!
