If you are running Jaws from the system tray, it is insert J, arrow down to 
help and hit enter. If not, I assume it is in another window where you would 
hit alt H.

  They are called place markers. You can set a temporary one with control K. 
When you go back to the web page, the quick key K returns you to the spot. The 
command control shift K will give you a place markers list and the capability 
of setting more than one.

  If you go to Jaws help, then training, there is a page marker topic among the 
daisy files.
