I believe the html code is, don't quote me on this,
<BlockQuote>Whatever you want to show up as a BlockQuote</BlockQuote>
It's been a long time since I used that particular html, so take what I
wrote there with a grain of sault, but I believe that is how you would do
this in html.

This is what I said, I never mentioned quotation marks. A block quote is
an extended quotation, be that a quotation from someone who is speaking or
a quotation from another source, it's still a quotation. That's my last
word on this as we're drifting away from JAWS.
