beta 9, sapi speech

Would some one happen to know how to adjust the speech, speed, tone etc. for
SAPI? I see you can turn it on, actually fantastic introduction menu on
setting up jaws, speech etc, graphics labeled etc. on the first screen. that
was a surprise and a welcome one. but this is where you can first choose
SAPI. but how once it is selected, would you go in, adjust the speech
pattern for SAPI?
