hi, if you are installing a newer version of the same version you should remove it before installing the new one. For example if you have jaws 5.10.350 and are installing jaws 5.10.383 you should remove jaws 5.10.350 before installing jaws 5.10.383 Roy ----- Original Message ----- From: "Evelyn Weckerly" <weckerly@xxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, August 31, 2004 7:15 PM Subject: basic installation questions Hi, All, I am really just catching up on the JFW upgrades. I have just installed 5.1. The next upgradde wanted to know if I wanted to modify, repair or remove that version? Would modify be the correct choice, or should I remove and replace with 5.1350, I think it is? Then what about the last upgrade. I have the same questions for updates for 5.0. I like to keep two versions of JFW on my system. Thanks.
