Hi, the first thing I would ask is;
your screen is maximized?
while in OE, alt spacebar then press the letter X to maximize.
another thing you can do is, go to desktop, highlight OE, alt enter for
properties, now tab until you hear, run combo box if you hear normal, down
arrow to maximize and then tab to okay.
