back space key not working in OE.

HI List, I am using windows XP Pro and jaws 6. When I write an email, my
back space key does not work now in outlook express. This just started
yesterday. Any ideas what is causing this and hows to fix this. I hope
someone has an answer because this is annoying. Hard to correct errors.
