Hi debbie. If she wants to use yahoo pop 3 than she will have to pay for the service. I am not sure what the cost it but as for sending the mail she can be in forms mode to rite her mail and then after she is done composing her mail she can turn off the forms mode by typing the pc curcer and thand press b until she hears send button and tap the space bar on it.
