If you are using 16 bit color, try 32 bit and if you are using 32 bit color,
try 16, smile. Then you might want to think about updating your drivers,
although realize then you will have to reinstall your video intercept.

Hi all: I have jaws 5.0. I just got a new dell computer and i noticed that
my arrow keys do not speak when i am in a list view or even when i am in
outlook going threw my email. I have to keep hitting insert up arrow for
jaws to speak. Using jfw 5 and xp home.
