anyone know Cheryl McFarlane?

I keep getting rejected email notices as if I'd been trying to send email to
this person (or at least, that's the email handle). I don't know anyone
named Cheryl McFarlane, and I'm a little worried about whether this means
some sort of vug might've gotten into my system and be generating email
without my knowing it. But to Cheryl McFarlane? Why? She's not even in my
address book. So that doesn't make sense.

does this name ring a bell for anyone?

No.

You google on bittorrent and some of the client names mentioned here
(abc, burst, and mule). They're usually freeware/shareware, but
apparently none work all that well with jfw.

You then need to find a server which lists files available for sharing
(as I understand it, I haven't done it yet). None of these clients
seems all that well documented, but since they're relatively new, I
expect that will change).
