anoying problem in word

?Hello list:
I have a small problem in word. jaws doesn't want to announce the line breaks
when typing nor navigating the document. I tried changing it on the settings
center, the insert plus V dialog box and even I mess around with the default
file in jaws, not to mention I did a merge utilities with the option turned on
(and working) in jaws 11. Any ideas and or suggestions on how to fix this
problem?
